Our curricula will include Fannie Mae’s “Keys to Home Ownership”. In addition, the workshop will cover pre-qualification for financing, budgeting & saving, money management, credit, selecting a home, pre-foreclosure prevention, and basic home maintenance ideas. You MUST attend both sessions to receive your certificate.
